To return an item, you must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in like-new condition, and return shipping costs may apply.
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please allow for an additional 5 days. After 20 days, if the order is still missing, we will issue a full refund.
If a product is defective or fails within 14 days of arrival, we will provide a free replacement or full refund after verification.
