Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Opened or used camera products/accessories (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

How to Return

1. Contact Us First

• Your order number

• Reason for return

2. Follow Return Instructions

We will provide:

• The return shipping address

• A return authorization number (if applicable)

• Packaging and labeling instructions

⚠️ Do not send items back before receiving confirmation. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

• The item was damaged upon arrival, or

• The return is due to our error

We do not cover or reimburse:

• Return shipping fees

• Customs duties or taxes
